If an item in your kit arrives in poor condition we will deliver or ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Delivery Policy

We deliver kit orders at least three times daily. If your order is placed after our last evening delivery, then it should be delivered the following morning. We will work with you or your kit recipient to find a delivery time that is convenient.

Kit Well and its staff are unable to provide any medical advice or direct care to our customers. If you are unsure if an item in a kit is safe for you to use, we ask that you contact your healthcare provider for advice. The remedies provided by Kit Well are not intended to replace medical care or treatments prescribed by a healthcare provider.

Changes to the Kit Well product offerings

Kit Well reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability and the availability of personnel to perform the services.
