  1. How fast can you deliver? We deliver kits in Bloomington, Indiana at various times throughout the day, between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you order after 6pm your kit will arrive the following morning.

  2. Can I give you the kit recipient phone number so you can text them when you are there? Yes, we will communicate with the recipient by phone after your order is placed in order to make the delivery.

  3. Do you offer shipping if I live outside of Bloomington? Yes, we can ship outside of Bloomington and we’ll get it to your recipient as quickly as possible.

  4. An item in my kit wasn’t quite right. What can I do to get a new item? Notify us by phone at 812-269-8448 or email kitwellbloomington@gmail.com for an item exchange. Please note that exchange requests must be made within 7 days of ordering.

  5. Will you check on my recipient while you are there, please? Our delivery drivers are not able to assess the health status of recipients. However, in an obvious emergency situation, they may activate emergency medical services.

  6. What happens if the person I sent a kit to does not answer the door when you deliver? If a recipient does not answer the door we may choose to leave it in an alternate location for pick-up, such as a mail room or front desk (if applicable). If available, we may also leave the package on a covered porch or doorway. If no alternate location is available, we will notify you and/or the recipient to arrange a new delivery time.
