Local Delivery

All orders with delivery addresses in Bloomington, IN are eligible for free door delivery. Please enter the recipient’s address and phone number in the notes at checkout. For deliveries, it is advised that you notify the kit recipient to expect a special delivery. This way they are more likely to answer the door when the package arrives!

US Domestic Shipping

All orders outside of Bloomington will be shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated once order is received. If you have multiple recipients to ship a kit to, please enter the orders separately to avoid any errors.

Exchanges

If there was an issue with a single item in your kit and you would like to exchange it for a new item, please contact us at kitwellbloomington@gmail.com. We will deliver or ship your new item as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
